1. Have a strong interest in learning about energy, thermal or computational fluid dynamic (CFD) simulation software
2. Have a desire to develop technical skills in the emerging field of sustainable design
3. Provide research and analytical support for projects
4. Assist in preparing reports and proposals, liaising with client
5. Prepare and present at conferences and meetings
6. Provide LEED (or other programs) Certification support services
Mandatory Qualifications
1. A Bachelor Degree in HVAC Engineering, Building Science, Environmental Engineering, or Building Physics, whose school is accredited by National Ministry of Education
2. Minimum 2 years of engineering design experiences in a credited company
3. Fundamental knowledge of building systems and thermal science, such as air duct & water piping, boiler room, chiller plant, etc. system design
4. Be self-driven, detail-oriented, exceptional research and analytical skills
5. Be able to work equally well either independently or as part of a team
6. Excellent communication skill in English - CET-6 is minimum requirement
7. Proficiency with MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Beneficial Qualifications
The following experiences will be assets:
1. Advanced degrees (Double-major, Master or PhD degrees in engineering or science)
2. Advanced knowledge of building design and building science (4 years or more of engineering design experiences)
3. An understanding of building energy systems, building commissioning, and sustainable technologies for building design
4. Experience in computer modeling on energy, thermal or CFD
5. Professional license, LEED AP title, and relevant training certificate
6.Have a good awareness of sustainability and environmental/social issues. Expertise and experience in this field is preference
