Job descriptions:
We are seeking talented individuals with BIM experience on project implementation. This position requires experienced BIM knowledge to help engineering projects and research on BIM technical solutions.

1. Create, utilize, and incorporate company BIM standards on projects;
2. Manage model data to coordinate multiple disciplines on projects;
3. Assist project BIM implementation;
4. Train project team members to utilize BIM data.

Job requirements:
1.Must have computer skills—Extensive Revit MEP/Structure, Navisworks　experience;
2.Bachelor degree or above in Structural Engineering;
3.3to5 years of BIM related Design and/or Construction experience, with demonstrated progression of technical knowledge and responsibilities;
4.Understand BIM standardization process and relevant setting, such as template, drafting , family model making/editing.

岗位职责：
帮助BIM项目实际的应用与实施，参与实际工程项目：
1.实施及应用公司的BIM标准到实际项目；
2.项目多任务种模型数据把控；
3.帮助项目实际将BIM应用在工程中，如施工模拟，工期规划等；
4.协助与培训项目小组人员掌握BIM模型。

任职资格：
1.必备计算机技能: Revit MEP/Structure, Navisworks；
2.结构工程本科以上学历；
3.三到五年BIM实际设计经验或是BIM工程应用经验；
4.了解BIM标准相关设定，如模板、出图、族编辑。
