岗位职责：
Scope of work
1. 负责国内各种类型的大型工程的岩土设计工作（如：高层建筑，体育场馆，基坑开挖，场地平整，地下轨道交通项目等）；
Involved in local and abroad large-scale geotechnical projects design of all types (for example, tall buildings, stadiums, excavation, site formation, tunnel etc.)
2. 参与岩土工程项目的管理工作，与业主/政府部门/设计合作单位/施工单位等进行协调工作；
As a team member at management for geotechnical projects, liaise with client, government, design institute and contractor
3. 参与岩土方面的培训工作，协助管理和规划团队人员的发展；
Involve in training and team building, assist in management and planning of career development of team members
4. 配合项目发展，或需到国内其他城市出差/短期工作。
Business trip/temporary services to/at other cities or abroad if necessary

任职资格：
Requirements:
1. 岩土工程学士/硕士学位；
Geotechnical bachelor or above.
2. 从事岩土工程设计工作八年以上；
More than 8 years working experiences of geotechnical projects
3. 已通过注册工程师(岩土)考试；
PRC registered Geotechnical Engineer
4. 良好的组织协调、沟通与项目管理能力，责任心强；
Strong coordination, communication and project management skills, and with strong sense of responsibility
5. 熟悉岩土设计规范及标准，能审核岩土施工图纸；
Be familiar with geotechnical design Codes and standards, be able to review geotechnical construction drawing
6. 拥有国内/国际标志性岩土工程项目经验优先考虑；
With PRC / International land-mark geotechnical project experience has high priority
7. 良好的英语水平，通过国家英语考试六级较佳。
Good command of English, CET 6 is preferred
