1. Be responsible for Structure project planning, coordination and management.
2. Manage large scale projects, including budget control.
3. Be responsible for quality control of all deliverable tasks.
4. Liaise and coordinate with developers, other professional consultants, design institutes and contractors.
5. Communicate with senior management of clients to establish good relationship and operate the project smoothly.
6. Be responsible for the project bidding and the company's promotion activities.
7. Develop and implement the strategies and policies of Structure projects.
8. Assist Structure team leader to manage the team.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in Structural engineering or related disciplines
2. Qualification on 1st Grade Registered Structural Engineer
3. Minimum 15 years of design and management experience, can independently undertake large-scale structural engineering project design and management
4. Be flexible and able to adapt to working within a demanding environment
5. Good interpersonal skills and well organized
6. Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
