Responsibilities:
- Be active part of multi-ethnic team Architects for design high-end international projects.
- Knowledge of all planning stages, from Preliminary to Detail design.
- Communicate actively with all the involved parties during the design.
- Provide high quality drawings and presentation.
- Assist the Senior Architect during the design process.
- Participate actively to meetings.
- Coordinating tasks with international team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Architecture.
- More than 8 years post-qualification experience in design and planning for commercial, residential,
tertiary and leisure projects.
- Experience focus on architectural design.
- Knowledge of MEP principles and construction issues.
- Working experience in international companies.
- Working experience in China or Asian country is highly appreciated.
- Experience in design for manufacture/industrial building is highly appreciated.
- Experience in detail design for mid-size and large buildings.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, highly responsibility and team spirit.
- Excellent design and presentation skills, detail oriented.
- Excellent use of Autocad, Sketch-up, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design)
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese or German will be an advantage.
- Flexibility and spirit of initiative.
- Long term stay in Shenyang.
