Qualification
1.Bachelor degree or above in architecture or relevant discipline. Experience in architecture design for more than 4 years, working experience as the chief architect or project manager is preferred.
2.Computer skills: AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop or similar software, good hand drawing skill is preferred. Language: good oral and written language skills in English or French, Mandarin is a plus. Familiar with Chinese architecture code and regulation is preferred
3.Strong responsibility and teamwork spirit, professional vision and attitude, strong coordination and communication skills
4.Excellent design capability and innovative spirit. Able to design independently and understand the client’s requirement. Enthusiastic on architecture design and open to new conceptions and work methods.

1.Conceptual design of civil or industrial building, such as residential building, office, hotel, sport center etc
2.Conceptual planning of residential district, industry park or holiday resort etc
3.Schematic design and design development
4.Cooperation with the chief architect or project manager to carry on the design or work independently, on-the-spot survey; project presentation to client
