岗位职责：
作为项目负责人或主创规划师带领及管理项目运作。
能够完成不同尺度下的规划设计工作，包含小尺度的从修建性、控制性详细规划到总体概念性城市规划。
独立完成项目汇报在内的所有文字材料，包括项目汇报方案、建议书、意向书、会议纪要、拜访函等。
与客户有效的沟通以满足客户需求。
包括与城市规划师，交通规划师，建筑师以及工程师等不同专业人员团队合作。

任职资格：
本科以上学历，城市设计或城市规划专业。硕士优先考虑。
五年以上工作经验。
有效的项目运营管理经验和良好的沟通协调能力。
较好的专业汇报，引导以及文字能力。
能够适应不同专业领域团队之间的合作。
熟悉相关城市规划、设计的政策法规，以及项目操作流程。
熟练运用Adobe系列，AutoCAD以及Sketch up等相关软件。
有交通规划以及城市更新等项目经验，拥有国内外著名咨询公司、规划机构、等相关工作经验者优先.
熟练掌握英语及普通话。

Senior Urban Planner
Job Requirements:
Degree in Urban Design or Planning. Master’s degree preferred
At least 5 years of experience.
Effective project management and visual communication skills will be an advantage
Excellent presentation, facilitation and writing skills.
Be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Familiarity with urban design guidelines and submission procedures to relevant authorities.
Expertise in Adobe Design Collection, AutoCAD and Sketch up a plus.
Experience on transport infrastructure planning, city regeneration an asset.
Previous consulting or design enterprises abroad experience will be considered in preference
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Responsibilities
Leading the design and managing the project team as a project manager.
Projects include urban design and master planning projects in certain scale ranging from mixed-use urban centers to large scale regional planning.
Prepare documentation related to current or prospective projects, including correspondence; reports; proposals; expressions of interest; and meeting minutes.
Communicate and meet with clients and prepare deliverables for clients
Experienced on the teamwork with urban planner, transport planner, architecture and engineer.
