Job Requirements:
A master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree from a well-known university, majoring at economics, regional economics, industrial economics and related areas, is required.
The idea candidate will have more than 3 years full-time experience in first-tier cities of China and hold the post of manager in at least 2 success relevant projects.

Employees having working experiences for counseling companies or planning organizations will be considered first.
Excellent capability in the operation of office software. Business trip all of the country will be required.

Expertise in any of the following: urban developing strategy, urban conceptual planning strategy, Investment and financing advisory, financial analysis, land operation, creativity city plan.
Investigating into the project as a core position who assist to project director and manager.
