岗位职责：
业务涵盖区域和城市发展战略咨询及概念性规划；城市投融资咨询，财务分析，土地运营；
作为项目经理，配合项目总监/总负责人，完成与业主协调、项目团队管理、质量管理进程管理等项目管理工作；
作为专业人员，具有项目总体策划能力、深化能力并与策划报告的撰写与汇报；
可独立地主持、组织和承担部分项目的，承担相应专业责任；
能适应短期出差；
具备市场拓展经验者优先。

任职资格：
硕士及以上学历，经济学、区域经济、城市规划、产业经济、旅游规划等相关专业；
5年以上一线城市同行业同类工作经验，2年以上项目经理经验；
具有良好的沟通影响力，熟练掌握演讲技巧，并具备良好的分析解决问题能力；
具备良好的项目协调能力及团队管理能力；
可以使用英语与普通话进行工作交流。

Senior Industrial Economy Counselor

Job Requirements:
Master degree, bachelor degree from relevant prestigious university or above in economics, regional economies, urban planning, industrial economy, tourism planning and relevant majors.
The idea candidate will have more than 5 years full-time experience in first-tier cities of China and hold the post of manager in at least 2 success relevant projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, analysis and problem solving skill will be required.
Excellent team coordinate and manage ability.
Short term business trip will be required.　
Marketing expanding experience is preferred.
International working or overseas company experience is preferred.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities
Expertise in any of the following: urban developing strategy, urban conceptual planning strategy, Investment and financing advisory, financial analysis, land operation, creativity city plan.
Holding the post of project manager who communicate to clients, manage the professional team, control the project quality and assist to project director.
